Shipping Policy

Processing Time: All saddle stands and tack items are handmade to order. Standard processing time is 2–4 weeks before shipment. During holidays or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods: Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground, depending on the destination and best available rate. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.

Shipping Area: We currently ship to the continental United States only.

Delivery Time: Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Packaging: Saddle stands ship-knocked down to meet carrier size requirements. All hardware and simple assembly instructions are included.

Holiday & Peak Season Notes: During peak seasons, delivery times may be extended due to carrier delays or increased order volume.
