Returns

At Greentrunksnmore, every saddle stand and tack item is handcrafted to order. Because each piece is made individually, returns are handled with care and transparency.

Made‑to‑Order Items

All products are custom‑made at the time of purchase. For this reason, we do not accept returns based on preferences such as stain color, wood grain, or sizing that differs from expectations. Please review product descriptions and measurements carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at greentrunksnmore@gmail.com with photos of the issue and the packaging. We will repair, replace, or refund the item depending on the situation.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, materials may already be in use, and cancellation may not be possible.

Non‑Returnable Items

Because our products are handcrafted and made to order, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom‑sized saddle stands

• Custom stain requests

• Any item that has been assembled or used

Return Shipping (If Approved)

If a return is approved due to damage or defect, we will provide instructions and a prepaid return label. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
